Return Policy
Once Upon A Child offers a 7 day Return Policy for all apparel items. Equipment, bedding, furniture, media, & toys are NON-RETURNABLE. Items must have the tags left on with the original sales receipt. Clearance & Discounted Items are Non-Returnable.

We DO NOT Buy or Sell the Following:
Recalled Items of any type even if retrofitted.
Car Seats (since there is no way to test if a car seat has been in an accident before)
Bikes larger than 20"
